We sale and produces thin customizable films, to reduce the overall packaging costs and are capable of packing a wide variety of different pallet sizes with one machine only. Stretch hood packaging is ideal for the industry as it does not alter the overall shape of the load, maintaining a great pallet stability, suitable for heat sensitive products with the packaging capacity up to 280 pallets per hour and the maximum pallet size: 3600×1700 mm. Minimizing the number of employees involved in the packaging process greatly improves the safety factor of operations.
Stretch hood technology demonstrates its incremental value as an environmentally friendly product due to the ease of collecting and recycling. The recycling process does not require separation and utilization of harsh chemicals for the stretch hood films. Mono-product formulation allows the stretch hood to be 100% recyclable. At the same time, the energy consumption is significantly reduced during the packaging process as a result of high speed of packaging and energy efficient technology employing the stretch hood film.
